Fixtures are mounted the near to the surface of the architecture, casting light at a primary angle of impact between 150 and 300mm, at a steep cast angle of near parallelity to the surface. The grazing light effect adds dimension and visual interest to what appears as a flat, daytime architecture: vivid expressed texture on brick, natural stone, board-formed concrete or ribbed metal cladding. Running linear runs of 10 to 50 meters is common and necessitate fixtures with gap-free mechanical and optical connections.
