Selection Rule of Thumb
Divide your rated minimum viewing distance by 1.5 to determine the maximum pixel pitch in millimeters still capable of delivering effective imaging. For instance a 30-meter minimum viewing distance yields a maximum pixel pitch of P20mm. Output will remain crisp, but motion video at the specified distance will read comfortably with P31.25mm pixel pitch, while static content (logos, copy) works best with P25mm.
